Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
